Unopened bottles are refunded at the full price you paid for the product (without shipping) up to 6 months after purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Autoship customers will be charged a minimum $6.00 restocking fee for any items returned.
We go one step further and even take back opened bottles. We count the capsules, throw them away, and give you a refund for the portion you didn't use. Most manufacturers of nutritional supplements won't refund used products, but we like to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds your expectations.
