    The only tablet I have found to help with constant interstitial cystitis. Been plagued for years with cystitis even when test come back showing no infection which means my bladder is just inflamed , but within 30 minutes of taking Desert Harvest B Complex without B6 my bladder has calmed down. I could not live without these now. I take one B Complex a day. Honestly it’s my saving grace. Living with constant cystisis and having to watch what you drink in case it flares, it up can make you depressed, but this one a day supplement has made life manageable. Can’t rate this enough . If like me you are troubled with interstitial cystitis or even the odd bout of cystitis don’t be without this ! Trust me I’ve tried lots and for me apart from antibiotics that I dislike taking its the only one thing that gives relief. Couldn’t be without them.

    This is an excellent B complex and brilliant value for money. If I stop taking it, I feel worse within days (more edgy, not sleeping as well), so to find a complex without B6 in has been fantastic! Thank you, Desert Harvest!
