I have IC and purchased Quercetin to see if it would help with the frequency of running to the bathroom. I have only gone through 2 bottles so far and I'm still in the testing phase. I want to take it for at least 6 months to make a determination if it is working for me. So the jury is still out. I'll give an update later.
